Intimate weddings are becoming such a popular choice and I love it!

I feel like they are the perfect middle ground for someone who does not want to have a larger wedding but are not quite at the point where they want to pare down their guest list to elopement size.

Photographing Karri and Derek’s intimate wedding was an absolute pleasure! It was a beautiful, true country wedding down to the boots, denim jeans and a good time at the reception. The rustic décor combined burlap with a gorgeous mix of florals which tied in wonderfully with the country scenery.

Karri and Derek incorporated personal details and put a twist on traditions that truly made their big day unique to them and let their fun personalities shine through. Karri’s brother had the honor of walking her down the aisle while her father officiated the ceremony. One of my favorite parts and a new tradition that I am absolutely here for is Flower men. They had their sons dance down the aisle way to a great jam while tossing the petals!

It was such an amazing time!
